Our Museum welcomes visitors throughout the year. Please note the standard opening hours:
- Tuesday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (09:00 – 16:00)
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (10:00 – 14:00)
- Sunday, Monday: Closed

Ticket Prices
- Regular Ticket: 15 PLN
- Reduced Ticket: 10 PLN (Available for students, seniors, children, and people with disabilities upon presentation of a valid ID)
- Family Ticket (2 adults + 2 children): 40 PLN
- Guided Tour (in Polish, advance booking required): 50 PLN

By Car: Stary Sącz is easily accessible by car. If you are using GPS navigation, enter the address „Rynek 6, Stary Sącz”.
Parking: The Museum is situated in the main Market Square (Rynek), which is a limited traffic zone. We recommend using the public parking lots located a short walk from the Market Square. Paid parking zones are clearly marked.
By Train or Bus: Stary Sącz has a train station and is well-connected by regional bus services, especially from nearby cities like Nowy Sącz and Kraków. The Museum is approximately a 15-20 minute walk from the main train station.
